1. Who we are
Subconscious Surgery™ is the private practice of Adrian Taffinder, offering 1:1 advisory, programmes, and mastermind engagements. Contact: subconscioussurgery@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you submit an application through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the free-text answers you give about your situation, goals, prior work, and how you found us. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
3. How we use it
Your application is read by Adrian personally for the sole purpose of evaluating fit and responding to you. If there is a fit, we use your email to contact you about scheduling. We never sell, share, or rent your data. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit opt-in.
4. Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered by email via Resend.com to a dedicated inbox. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are reputable processors with their own privacy and security standards.
5. How long we keep it
Declined or unanswered applications are archived and may be deleted at your request. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, legal, and continuity-of-care reasons.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion. To exercise these rights, email us at subconscioussurgery@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Confidentiality
The nature of this work is deeply personal. Everything you share in an application or a session is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
8. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
