My first formal business at twenty-one carried twenty-eight employees. I have built companies in renewable energy and financial services. Hero to zero and back again, multiple times. Your hours, used however serves you
Every tier is a block of Adrian's time on retainer — not a fixed count of pre-booked sessions. You draw against the block in whatever shape the moment calls for.
Full session (~60 min)
The standard surgical container. Targeted pattern work, structural reframing, integration design.
Shorter call (10–30 min)
When you need a quick reframe, a calibration check, or a decision-bounce before something high-stakes.
Voice-message exchange
A 5-minute voice note from you plus a 5-minute reply draws 10 minutes from the block. Async, on your schedule.
Priority-based response
Higher tiers carry higher priority. At Sovereign level, if Adrian is awake at 1 AM and you need him, he answers.
Delivery format
All conducted by voice over WhatsApp — not video. Adrian works eyes-closed during diagnostic moments with somatic-pattern apps running on his phone alongside the call. Voice removes the visual distraction and lets the clinical work flow. WhatsApp specifically because the full voice history is downloadable and feeds directly into your post-session feedback document. In-person intensives at the Bali sanctuary are reserved for higher-tier engagements when scheduling aligns.
